A favorite of mine is Napoleon Dynamite. Its a really pointless movie tbh, but its one of the best ones I have ever seen. I could watch it over and over and over again. one of the reasons I like it is kinda a trauma dump, so skip this review if you want.
When I was in 8th grade, one of my favorite teachers killed himself, and I wasn't told this by an adult, no. I had to find his fucking obituary just to find out if the rumors were true. I had him for two years, and he was a kind, sweet, understanding man. He went out of his way to help me while I was struggling with homework due to depression, he always had snacks, and he let us watch movies near the end of the school year. One of his favorites to show was Napoleon Dynamite. He actually introduced me to this movie, and I am so glad he did. I miss him so much, and I'm very regretful that I never got to say goodbye properly.
Anyways, another part of the movie I love is the one where he dances at the end. Me and my brother always get up and dance, and my mom cheers on our absolutely terrible dance moves. It's created some beautiful memories.
